Dr. James [redacted] knows the cost of insurance down to the dollar and took advantage of our insurance. We have different insurance this year and he is know taking advantage of it. He put a crown on my tooth and then I had pain, so he drilled through the crown trying to do a root canal. This went on for 3 months. I then wanted to go to a specialist and he with the specialist covered it up and did not report to insurance the refund or needed change in money. Specialist tried to do the root canal. Then went for crown and Dr.M was rough and pushing my mouth around without care. The second crown he tried to put on the tooth and was too tight he ground it down too much. Now ordering a third crown. Now the tooth is sore an will have to be pulled. Be aware this dentist is terrible and trying to do work he has no business as he was only after the $$$. He charged my insurance under all kinds of diff. names last year for the same procedure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!
