James Neil Diversified Services

We hired James N, Diversified Services along with his cousin, *** of *** to fix the flooding issue in our basement. Not only did they do a sub-par job, they used an extension cord instead of properly wiring the subpump and cut the ground off of the plus creating a safety issue!. The contract stated they would fix any leaks, cracks in basement, remove dirt and replace with concrete (they did not remove any dirt and just put quickcrete in a few places), spray for mold, which they did not. And that their work would be 100% guaranteed. Well the very first rain after we paid them $3800.00 for the basement work, the basement floods again and the water bypassed the subpump as it could not keep up. We attempted to contact *** who is *** and his cousin, James N to come back to fix this issue. Not only did *** or James N not return my calls or messages they left us hanging with a flooding basement. We are senior citizens and my husband is disabled from near fatal throat cancer. My husband could not climb into up into the area to check and make sure they did a proper job, we trusted them to do so!!!! They installed the subpump improperly, never fixed our issue. So will take legal action now. But we trusted *** and handyman!!!!! They also put up a fence for us which they did not deduct the price differences in materials they used and the fence was 184 feet not the 192 we were charged for. They not do as they promised nor as was written in the contract. So they are now in breach of contract.
