Review: [redacted] signed a contract with me and agreed to install commercial grade fencing for my dog kennels the project to be completed by oct 7-2013 ON Sept 26 2013 he drilled the holes for the post for the fencing and wanted a cash payment of 1000.00 dollars. with another 1300.00 when job was completed. [redacted] never returned. Keeping my 1000.00 dollars. And when I called he said he would harm me if I called him again.Desired Settlement: [redacted] must return my 1000.00 dollars so I can complete the project.And held accountable for his actions
