I ordered a size 8 ring. I received the ring and it was so much larger than expected. there was no label indicating the size to confirm I had received the correct item. I inquired with james michelle via email to ask for an exchange. I was told how to send the ring back. I followed the directions and paid out of pocket $12.31 to send the ring back. once they received the ring, I received an email with the explanation that I was sent a size 9, and they asked me which size I wanted in return. I did not receive an apology for their mistake. I asked for the original size requested, size 8. I also asked if I could be refunded the amount of the shipping charges that I had to pay out of pocket to send the incorrect item back. all that I received in reply was a standard reply email message that the replacement ring in size 8 (with new order number)would be shipping. I tried to call the phone number to speak with someone and it went to voicemail. I tried to leave a voicemail and it said the voicemail box was full.

We apologize that this customer felt there was a delay in response but we receive hundreds of emails on a daily basis and respond to them as quickly as we can. The return this customer is speaking of was received on 10/6/20 and processed that day. Her refund should have come through as of 10/7/20.
