In response to a complaint against our company with ID # [redacted] where we installed a new gas service line from the street to the house was completed on 4/27/2015.I have been out of town is the reason that I have not replied to you about this matter.As the home owner stated they dug a ditch for the new gas pipe but we had to dig the ditch to make it bigger on both ends to make the connections The meter was under a porch on the opposite end of it and the gas company would not turn the gas on until the meter was moved to the outside We had to cut and thread 1" black steel pipe to run from the plastic line in the ditch to the meter as per the regulation Enclosed is a list of the materials and labor for this project and is signed by her agent The only thing that we are guilty of is trying to help a person in need and they would have to make payments.This person called our office and cursed at our secretary and said that we cheated her which is not true We did not charge her anymore than we charge others As of today she has not paid any money towards this bill I don't think that she ever intended to pay any money at all on this and figured that if she complained to you, she wouldn't have to.We have lots of repeat customers that we allow to make payments on their accounts and they appreciate it This lady and her pastor were supposed to pay on the bill every month The bill is fair and just and needs to be paid I have been in business since July 1, and plan to stay in this field and I highly resent this persons complaints, because my workers said that she was not there most of the time that they were working
