Do you guys ever heard of that, the tenant who lived in a wood floor apartment should covered the floors with carpet by himself? I never heard of that ridiculous things. Otherwise, u move out.

The water pipes are very old, and make alot of noise. The parking lot is not safe. My friend's side-mirrow was broken by someone at night. But the manager didn't care about it. And my tires were pierced twice.
