Our records show we did ship out books to you via US Postal Service
and you should have received them by Feb 5, Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to me or you, the books were not delivered
So to make it right with you we're sending out today (Fri 3/21/14) via UPS so you can track it (tracking *** your replacement Vinegar Anniversary books
I've also included a check for a full refund *** for all your troublesIf the original book shipment is eventually delivered then please keep them or donate to a friendYou do not need to send them back

This response is in reference to ID [redacted] dated 1/26/15. [redacted] [redacted] did purchase 2 Vinegar Anniversary Books for $20.00 and it must have been an oversight by our fulfillment department that he only received 1...

book. However, the customer never contacted us directly so we were not aware that he only received 1 book. The second book will be shipped out today (1/30/15) via Priority USPS. Please find enclosed a copy of the Priority USPS receipt.
