waited 3 months for Jim to show up and it looked like an ocean all Mexicans and my 12 year old could have done a nicer job. had it all ripped up re done by someone else

Review: contracted to have patio blocks installed. The work created ponding of water during a storm which in turn went into our basement and flooded it. Mr. [redacted] came out, told us what he needed to do to correct the problem and when he would show up. This was during first week of April. He never showed. Called him again - he said either May 1 or 4th. No Show. If we have another bad rain, the basement will get more damage. He won't answer phone calls, we leave messages, he never calls back. We even sent him a certified letter.Desired Settlement: We just want him to rectify the problem he created so that we do not get water in our basement.
