Dr Thompson's office staff keep sending me bogus medical bills. They claim I owe $30. I only saw the doctor once who was substituting another doctor, Dr [redacted] whose office is located in Orange City, Fl. He moved to Debary, Fl. I have not seen this doctor at this office. My responsibility is to pay the co-payment and Humana pays the difference. I have not received any correspondence from Humana re any outstanding medical billings to this doctor or any other doctor.Therefore, this is a bogus medical bill or an overcharge that I am not responsibility for. No answer to my letters have been received requesting explanation for the $30 charge.This error needs to be corrected and his office must send apology letters to the credit bureaus correcting this situation. Thank you!
