Better Business...

Bureau,We did not reach an amicable resolution.  I am out $700, $500 for partial payment for sod that was ordered and paid for by Mr. Able but left me with no way to get it or install it, so it sat at the dealer and is no longer usable.The other $200 is for the perpetual care of our yard until September 1, 2018.  Which will no be done now.The work that did get completed by Mr. Able's crew is satisfactory and very well done.   I regret having hired this company.I would like reimbursement of the $700 but I seriously doubt I would ever see it unless I take him to court and at 70 years of age I don't have the time or energy to persue a law suit.I have learned a VERY EXPENSIVE YET VALUABLE LESSON.  I really have no other choice but to accept his response, take it with a grain of salt and move on.  I will not recommend this company to anyone.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not the outcome I would like but no use beating my head against a brick wall.

This complaint is not a full representation of the complete story. The lady I did in fact reach a amicable resolution.I am deeply saddened by my actions and response. However the situation comes down to me being responsible enough to admit. That I was wrong.
