I was purchasing a vehicle through a con man named *** whom alleges he gets work at this business. The business owner whom goes by the name of Jambo had the contract drawn up of which uses Westlake Financial Services to finance the terms of the agreement. However; the key points to the contract were never fulfilled.
Let me explain how the fraud in this case has been committed.
In the opening contract for Westlake Financial services to begin it states," Your contract has been assigned to Westlake Financial Services. During the next week, Westlake will contact you regarding your automobile purchase. Please make sure that you are available for this telephone interview, which is required for the financing of your new vehicle."
The interview never took place, therefore the vehicle has been returned to the dealership.
I believe fraud has been committed and want a investigation into this legal matter.
