I'm sorry for your bad experience at my storeThe systems were down due to our internet being downI had let you know that I would be happy to follow up as soon as our system came back online which was the following dayAs for the other stores you mentioned I am not sure their difficultiesI am still willing to ring up your buy one get one free

To whom it may concern, my name is Sarah and I'd like to address some concerns I experienced at one of your storesOn Sunday January 24th between 4-4:pm my mom and I entered store 1013, The DistrictAfter entering the store and going over your menu a young blonde female employee was at the register, she began sighing heavily as if we were taking to longMy mom then walked up to order, the your employee became short with her asking "what size did you want!!"I then walked up to order, I asked for the Aloha Pineapple with added peach, in which I received a strong aggressive question if I wanted "peach juice or fruit", not knowing what the difference was she stated "well there IS a big difference" with an eye roll and attitudeI requested whatever was the bestYour employee then, with a very loud sigh told me my totalI handed her my debit card, which was then shoved back into my handI have been coming to this company since it opened and I know a name is always askedThis was not done nor was I given my receiptI then stated she did not need to be rudeYour employee then rolled her eyes again and walked away We then walked to table to waitAt other table, other woman we're waiting for their orderThe same employee put their order on the counter without letting them know it was ready and walked awayMy mom then got their attentionOne of the customers stated, "they could've told us"At this point my mom and I stated " there employee was very unfriendly" at which they agreedThe other customers stated the same employee was very rude with them tooAt this time the other young brunette employee working let us know our order was ready, she was a little more friendlyWe walked up to retrieve it and I requested to speak with the manager From the back a younger looking man with sandy hair and light skin came upWe were not addressed as customers but as if we interrupted him, I explained that your young blonde employee was very rude and her attitude should be addressed, I also explained the other customers experienced the same attitudeAt this time one of the customer did come up to the counter to complain alsoAfter seconds of a blank stare he stated "what do you want me to do about it"? My mom then asked for his bosses name and numberYour manager then went to the back and after min he returned with a ripped corner of paper with the name Eric Heaston writtenYour manager then stated "that was all he was giving to us and if we wanted the number for Eric, we would have to google it"No name tags were wornMy mom then asked for his name and the blonde employee and the stores numberYour manager stated "I do not have to give that information to us" turned and started for the backMy mom then stated "as customers we're paying you"! Your manager then came back to the counter and said "there was no need for us to be rude, we are disturbing him as he was doing paper work and was not going to deal with this"I then asked for the store number and was given that it but he refused to give us your store phone numberMy mom asked for his pen to write it downShe also indicated the counter was extremely sticky and should be cleanedYour manager then walked to the back We did notice there are several cameras in your store and hope they will be checkedI will be writing a review and will let everyone I know not to visit this locationI'm not sure if this is how this store is ran, but if is, it will not stay open for longI have never been treated this way EVER! I hope these concerns will be addressed! Maybe further training in customer service will be used! Sincerely, will NEVER return!!!

After entering the store and going over your menu a young blonde female employee was at the register, she began sighing heavily as if we were taking to long. Review: On my visit on March 27th, 2015 my husband and I arrived at the Jamba Juice location at 8:34pm. We were not even in the door completely when a man that worked there (possibly the manager) yelled at us, pointed his finger up and said we are closed. There were about 6 people in the location waiting on drinks. As I walked out I looked at the hours and they read the closing time to be at 9:00pm. My husband and I sat in our car and watched the same guy do the same thing to other customers walking in. I went home and wrote an email to Jamba Juice corporate that told them my experience. At the end of the email it read that someone would get back to me within 48 hours of my email. Well it has been a week now since the first email. I wrote again in my disappointment. This is not ok to treat customers like this, especially since I just moved to the area and was looking for a nice place to go to for a Friday night treat.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation of the action I received from the store and for not being answered for a week and counting now. This is not responsible and acceptable from a huge company like this. I was embarrassed and made feel demeaning.
