[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] The timepayment company would imply that I did not pay a $6,down payment for unit, they would further insist that we pay them for future months of $139.35, which is ludicrious We have been attempting ot contact them since February concerning the aledged finance chargbes, which is also ludicrious, and yet today, they would act as though ripping individuals to include the church off I know that there would be a finance charge on the balance of $2,and agree to pay said finance charge, but for us topay $6,which is 3,over the balance is not acceptable Therefore we are willing to pay a reasonable pay off of unit We have a purchase contract with *** ***, and at no time did we agree to lease this or any other unit

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.They lied about the lease It was supposed to be a loan and when I questioned why it said lease I was reassured that at the end it would be mine The payment just made was under pretenses because the representative told me it was for maintenance and I needed it Besides that this lease states 10% of fair market value How do they come up with 611? To buy it new right now the cost is $ Ten percent of that is This unit was bought used is is at lease years old This company is a rip off They have their representatives lie to customers and take their money under pretenses Please see attached pictures and the lease (which I was told was not a lease) And explain to me where they are coming up with My which was taking falsely need to be credited back!

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***I have sent a certificate to *** showing proof of Time payment listed as loss payee for those months without a lapse of coverageI spoke to her on Friday March 4,by email and she at first told me the documents were not acceptable, after I pointed out to her that Time Payment was listed as loss payee in the description she said that it was acceptablePlease speak to her about thisI am confident this proves full coverage without any lapse, I am not confident enough to go back to auto-pay in that I feel the company does not want to notify customers of any possible breach of terms so that they may sneak these charges in.

I will not accept any business response and this case will remain open until the portal shows no balance due and no balance overdueIf that's a day or days, this will not be accepted as I don't feel this was a "glitch" but intentional in order to try to scam customers out of any extra money as possiblePlease do not respond until this "glitch" is corrected and I can see it for myself on the portal
