our last reply is final.... our no cost estimate was in good faith and was never accepted by Mr. [redacted]... we sent this out and he never signed off on it... this is good for 15 days per our terms... so we only did the work that was clearly an issue.

freeze of Ohio weather and this is not covered. We did the back two walls in good faith due to the issues we agreed upon. Also we even went above and beyond in these two areas. The other three walls in question are 3 years old and in no danger of falling over this is a cosmetic issue. These walls were built properly and back filled with the 57 gravel.  They are around a retention pond that has eroded away below the foundation. We do not cover erosion, thaw, freeze movement on any project.** we appreciate this work from you in the past and now are unable to offer a free service. In reality we would not have even done the other two walls for free if we felt it was natural movement from thaw freeze.  Thank you, Jake's

Regards, He did not use any equipment to do the job ,  It's is not the width that we agree upon, they  did not dig  the ground and lay the gravel on top of the dirt and trees roots. I also told him that needs more gravel and his response was to pay additional $ 600.00 .  Who is the bully and aggressive  in this mattar is the owner, so I don't agree with his response..
