Please contact shopatron regarding the shipping refund as they are the ones that issued it, you should have their contact info in the email about the return of the product

the website this order is made through is shopatron , this website and black creek guide gears set the shipping cost at  $15.99 , that is not something I have control over. refused this offer and so I reached out to the website on refunding the shipping charges and they were able to do that.so he has been issued a refund for the shipping charges
