Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! Answers a business phone with hello, does not introduce himself when he arrives to do work at your home and in no uniform, does not return calls promptly, does not replace caulk after work is completed, caused more problems after "repairing" than existed before he came All he had to do was fix a couple of leaks, one faucet started leaking again within a week another within two weeks and now I have poor water pressure in my shower and knobs I can barely turn I did receive a couple of extra calls from him afterward as he thought my number was a friends and he called to see if I was interested in a time shareI could say several other things, but hope that no one will use this company and hope that my home warranty company will find another plumber in the area

As one previous reviewer said "He is not professional...i.e., answers his cell phone "hello" I had to ask is this Jake's Plumbing He is contracted with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY so when I called them he was the one dispatched to me First I want to say he lied on the paper to say "my shower head was leaking" there was not a leak!!!! So Choice said they would not cover the cost to fix!!! *** The knob to turn the shower on was getting hard to turn but if you were able to turn it then it comes on and off with no leaking He was able to contact MOEN to receive the part needed free of charge since MOEN stands behind their products...but charged an $installment fee
