Review: I bought some jewelry from Jain Sales in September of 2010. I paid them $51.00 every other week. I thought I had paid them off but in December 2012, I received an email informing me that I owed them 2 more payment of $51.00. Due to unexpected circumstances, I was unable to pay the two payment at that time; but have intentions to pay. Today, I received a called from a collection company on my job saying I owe Jain Sales over $300.00, threating me by asking for my HR department. I then called Jains Sales ([redacted] Jain), in hopes to take care of this matter and offered to pay the two payments of $51.00 and he refused to accept the payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to make the final two payments on of $51.00, March 15th and April 15th. I would like for them to stop the collection agency company from calling me on my job. I have hypertension and these types of call are very upsetting to me. Please stop the collection.
