To whom it may concern:It is not true that this individual has contacted us for anything at all, our phone numbers are public information and all he/she would have to do is pick up the phone and callI have not spoken or had any emails from this individual, again they need to pick up the phone
We will gladly come out to see what the leaks are about, if it is due to our workmanship we will repair at no cost, but if it is due to manufacturer defects or damage cause by others, there will be a $trip chargeafter evaluating the damage we will let the customer know our results and charges if any.Thank you,*** ** ***
