Complaint[redacted] had promised a refund on the items I had returned, but I have not seen it and it has been over 45 days since I returned the items. He will not respond to either my emails or return my phone calls. I have three numbers for him XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX, XXX-XXX-XXXX.Product_Or_Service: Jaguar bumper partsOrder_Number: verbelDesired SettlementI would like a message of some kind as to what he feels is the right thing to do. That is either an email or a phone call. I don't expect a full refund. I really want to make sure that he is alright. We have talked on the phone a couple of times and he had said to me to watch my CC account for the refund.
