Jaguar Power Sports

I bought a Boss 750 about 5 months ago. it never ran right but they wouldnt even look at it until I got Massimo involved. They tried twice with little result. I called today and was told my transmission is not covered under warranty and they no longer have a service dept.
Massimo tomorrow and then its lawyer time.

This place is amazing! I couldn't get approved anywhere with downso I assumed I would have to have thousands down, but when I walked in there and found my dream bike was down I was very happy! So, because I still have the $cash in my pocket for a down payment left over, I decided to buy my wife a nice cheaper bike with cash, and also had enough left over, and bought my daughter a scooter!! So, all I can say is how well this company helped me out! For $I walked out with my dream Harley, my wife a Suzuki sportsbike, and my daughter an awesome scooter!! Strongly recommend!

I'm DONE as of this point. I've been trying to finish the application online and receiving errors. Tried to in two different browsers. So, I called in.
First time I spoke to [redacted] - Absolutely RUDE. Rushed me off the phone without listening to me, kept cutting me off. Told me that the solution was to make a new application. I went along with it. I hung up, submitted a new application, tried to finish it, got the same errors.
Called back, spoke to [redacted]. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMEONE SO RUDE IN ALL MY LIFE. Kept interrupting, talking down to me, not listening to a word I was saying. She kept treating me like an absolute it. I'm a professional in the tech field, I know a website form error when I see one, I am not anything close to an it.
I had to calm myself several times and beg her to let me finish what I was saying. She ends up having me make a THIRD application, while I'm on the phone with her, because apparently I am an it. Same error, same argument that clearly I must be doing something wrong.
I'm a pretty mild person, but I can't tell you the last time I've dealt with someone as horrible as this.
Since reviewing them online, I have received arguments and attacks. This place lacks professionalism. Buyer beware.
