I currently lease a 2017 XE. I have had nothing but issues. The first year I was in alot for loud squeezing brakes, motor mounts that continued to break, Diesel fuel Issues. After having my car for almost a month because of a loud noise they couldn't figure out they had to cut my exhaust pipes and put new parts on and welded them back crooked. My Check engine light comes on every 2 weeks and I'm constantly having to bring it back into their service department. The list goes on and on about all of the issues I have had with my vehicle. The service department is absolutely no help. The service manager is very sassy and rude. They take forever to get back to me. I've reached out to the General manager multiple times and even had my husband call. No one gets back to us. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A VEHICLE WITH THEM unless you want headache.

I purchased an e pace almost a year ago. It has slipped into neutral 7 times. Each time jaguar has been unable to isolate issue and just gives me my car back and puts my life in danger. I recently asked the new service manager I have if he would put his daughter, wife, sister or mother in that car and he told me he could not answer that. I then tried to call and talk to anyone else that could help me but no one was available. All correspondence has been really low level of responsibly and truly the worst consumer service I've ever received! They don't care about my safety

ATTENTION WOMEN/ PEOPLE OF COLOR: AVOID THIS JAGUAR/ LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.

I called this dealership because I am a current Land Rover lease holder and my lease is due up soon. I called them and asked to see what cars they had that would fit my needs and had a few texts with Joe M. and the sales Manager Bud H. . Long story short they asked me to come in Saturday afternoon to see the car we spoke about when I arrived I was told that my salesperson was working with someone else (so why did you ask me to come in at this time then????). I should have known to leave then. Almost 4 hours later I was still sitting there having only been shown one car and was completely ignored while everyone else who walked into the dealership was helped and attention was paid (Even clients who I could clearly overhear say that their credit was bad, or clients saying they didn't want to sign anything but seemed pressured into doing so anyway) It was only after everyone else (LITERALLY) had left was I given any help. Why was I not made a priority like all the other guests? Is my money not as green as everyone else's? Apparently not. Its 2019, anyone should be able to walk Into a dealership and not be pushed aside because they don't fit what your typical client may look like. The icing on the cake was not having anyone follow up with me (because they obviously don't want to sell cars, or at least not to someone like me (a well established CURRENT Land Rover client with a high credit score and who was willing to make a deal that day).

HINT TAKEN CROWN LAND ROVER. MY BUSINESS IS NOT WANTED OR NEEDED.

They boast about being top in sales and customer service but my experience was anything but. Don't say you weren't warned.

To be treated fairly and given the same respect as all your other clients.
