Jaguar Land Rover Carlsbad

Review: We initially ordered a Range Rover at Hoehn Land Rover and was told the car we wanted would arrive in a few months, so we put down a $5,000 deposit and patiently waited for the car. When the car arrived, the dealership decides to ask for bank statements to prove sufficient income which we supplied. However, instead of verifying income, they take the bank statement and tells us they cannot sell the car to us because we have bought something from another company that has exported their cars. Well, in that case, why are we being punished for someone else's actions because we did not export the car and it's not our job to look into every individual or company we deal with to see what other things they may be involved with. We supplied all the proof as well as an invoice proving the transaction and what we bought from the company the dealership deemed skeptical. After everything was supplied like the dealership asked, we were told they cannot sell us a car and there was no reasons given.Desired Settlement: We would like Hoehn to uphold their end of the deal and sell us the car that was agreed upon. We have been more than patient enough and have satisfied all their requirements including being previous Hoehn customers having purchased a car here before. We have supplied every document and all the information they wanted so we would like to buy this car and not be constantly upsold to a more expensive version of the same car.
