Jaguar Land Rover Albuquerque

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership and was pressured to buy an extended warranty. I purchased the extended warranty only after being informed that if I cancelled the extended warranty I would receive a pro-rated refund. I sold the vehicle shortly after purchasing it and notified the dealership I wished to cancel the extended warranty. This process started in October 2018. I filled out the requested forms and was told my refund had been approved. However, after initially being responsive and responding to my requests for updates the finance manager, Rama S, has stopped returning emails and will not return a phone call. It has been 4 months since I requested the refund.

I paid $2293.41 for repairs that 1. Couldn't fix the vehicle. 2. I was charged for parts that I had already paid for and were present in the vehicle. 3. I was charged for things that didn't need to be done. Or were never authorized by me.
