We aren't open past the end of October so we cant be contacted, we are completely closed down for the winter every yearIf they simply called in April or May we would of responded and taken care of it. Its too cold and cant work in November thru beginning of April and they donot sell
sealer So we will be happen to go back in May when we open and the weather gets warmerAbsolutely no problem. Well make a note and call them in beginning of May

Review: In October 2014, Jaguar Seal-coating was contracted to provide seal-coating for our driveway. Within days of the application, there were numerous spots which did not take the coating and there are unprotected areas on the driveway. We have attempted to call and have sent numerous letters without a response. We would like for the contractor to come back out to our home and reseal the parts of the driveway which was not sealed.Desired Settlement: total driveway to be equally sealed.
