Hi we did not respond to this complaint, due to the fact that we have been at this job and are almost completed. We spoke with the customer who was supposed to contact/rectify this complaint. It was postponed at the beginning due to the customer postponing , as he wanted other contractors to...

complete their work prior to our starting. When he was ready, unfortunately we were not, as I had a couple larger jobs already started.
