Jessica G CPA, has placed the client personal residence in her private name. The client *** has suffered a massive TBI and is no longer able to self advocate. ***'s sister *** has a General Power of attorney and received a notice that her brother owes the *** 219,849.37 in August. Jessica G will nor return the phone calls from the clients sister, the client and the clients Case Manager. Jessica G is currently listed as the owner on the clients personal residence, which we believe to be unethical and against the law. The client *** has sought legal advise but since his tragic accident he has been on workers compensation, Jessica G refuses to contact the client.
