I have been with "BME" for 20 years!!!! I put up with the first merger and as a matter a fact it was was almost seamless. This new merger to Blue is just AWFUL! There is only an 800 number to call now. You can't just call a branch and build relationships with the people holding your money. I have called several times only to have them "hold my place in line" with a promise of a call back under the guise they care about my time. . I'm still waiting for a call back. That was 2 months ago! When I called to try to inquire about an equity loan, my information was taken to pass on to the loan team, and told someone would call me back. The was 2 weeks ago, still NO call. I tried to give them my business....I recently transferred ALL of my money out of the accounts I hold with them, one would think they would have called to be sure it wasn't fraud. NOPE. I'm so disappointed, loyalty means a lot to me, clearly it means squat to them. Though changing credit unions has proved to be a chore, my new one has better rates and much better customer service! Who ever is running this company.... you should be fired. sorry but it's true this nose-dive is really a tragedy for what once was a great and admirable credit union. Good luck, and good riddance.
