The cancellation request was for the entire reservation. The hotel incorrectly cancelled 1 day, instead of the requested two days. This was a mistake on THEIR part. I am requesting a refund for the unapproved room charge.

the customer made 2 separate reservations for two separate dates , customer cancelled one reservation that was booked 1 month in advance, the customer made another reservation 2 days in advance and that reservation they did not cancel and we held the room for them and it went as a no show and now they are claiming that both reservations cancelled which is not true, The customer also filed a complain against the hotel to Holiday Inn Corporation against thios hotel and Holiday Inn corporation also supported the hotel because the hotel did everything correctly.
