Review: I ordered chocolates on 2/**/16 with [redacted] 2 day express shipping for my wife. It was my desire to have these chocolates delivered to my wife prior to Valentine's Day. On the desired day of shipping, I chose 2/**/16 as the desired arrival date and that was what it said on checkout.

The chocolates did not arrive until 2/**/16, despite me paying for [redacted] 2 day express shipping. This is really unacceptable. What's the point of ordering chocolates for Valentine's Day if you receive them a week later?

I called Jacques Torres chocolate and the person who picked up the phone was rude and unhelpful. I really expected more and am very disappointed with the customer service and false advertising here.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as the product did not arrive in a timely fashion despite me paying for 2 day [redacted] shipping.
