Ms [redacted] is correct We had scheduled to have a garage door motor installed at her home on 3-26- Our service tech for that area was very busy that day We always ask that they call the homeowner if they are going to be late Unfortunately the service tech did not The office closes at 4pm so we were not aware that he hadn't called her The office did apologize when we found out the next morning and we rescheduled with her and had the motor installed on 3-31- When we receive a phone call from a homeowner we try and call the installer who is scheduled for that job If we get the installers voice mail we instruct the installer to call the homeowner with the time they are estimating they will arrive She should have had a phone call But the job has been completed
Ms*** is correct. We had scheduled to have a garage door motor installed at her home on 3-26-15. Our service tech for that area was very busy that day. We always ask that they call the homeowner if they are going to be late. Unfortunately the service tech did
not. The office closes at 4pm so we were not aware that he hadn't called her. The office did apologize when we found out the next morning and we rescheduled with her and had the motor installed on 3-31-15. When we receive a phone call from a homeowner we try and call the installer who is scheduled for that job. If we get the installers voice mail we instruct the installer to call the homeowner with the time they are estimating they will arrive. She should have had a phone call. But the job has been completed
