Only the Owner I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear, we are trying to put your daughter with her original stylistThe one that you originally booked with was NOT the stylist that serviced her due to her being minutes late to her appointmentYou know that because as manager we have reviewed your text messages with that stylistAgain there will be NO refund due for lack of negligence of conductSo again you can have a complimentary service with Original stylist and or owner/manager that is a one time booking, and must be present with child as well as On Time

The salon was contacted as soon as my child returned to my job so that I may view it not after it was over she didn't even want to go to the homecomingIf I trusted you to do something before and you failed why would I trust you again? How would you know if her hair is damaged if you have never seen it because you can't anything besides the mess that was doneIf you are offering a service that cost more so you say then you should have no problem giving the money backAs far as canceling my time to come in was changed that didn't work for me on the day of I gave a time and the stylist changed itI would not like to have her serviced at this salon period unlesss by the owner! And that is if have service is the only option

Your daughter arrived 45 minutes late to appointment without mother and was serviced by another stylist. Once in the chair she changed the entire service which was completed with no complaints (client was happy)  until after homecoming was over. The original stylist offered a free service to...

you that you accepted and cancelled on the same day. Both of these come comes with fees that we were happy to waive to make right with the unhappy client upon her receiving free service. We would still love to service the client as her hair does have damage and with treat with NO cost to the client which is also much more than that of $55. Please contact salon to book appointment with your Correct hair stylist and be in attendance so the stylist can explain to you where her hair needs care.
