the 2.25 mile mark, the “fresnal zone” is more than 50% blocked by a ridge between the customer’s location and our tower. This is displayed in the image below. Our tower is at the left edge of the image, and the customer’s location is at the right edge. In order to receive an optimal signal, this fresnel zone should be clear of any obstacles, including trees and other foliage. Foliage is typically the heaviest between June and September. Our records indicate that on two occasions, we issued credits for poor or no service. This customer is scheduled for a service call on August 18th, as a result of the customer calling us on the 10th of August. Many of our customers live in remote locations such as this customer and have no other internet service alternatives. We always give our customers the option to be uninstalled with a full credit.Sincerely,Ridgeview Support
