MAR around 5pm I was laying in bed and a roach crawled over the comforter, I was so disgusted I tried to kill it but couldn'tSo I called down to the front desk to be compensated for my inconveniences and the lady at the front desk said she could only give me a new room and I told her it was pointless because I probably have roaches in my clothes already and that I leave 3am MAR to the airport, she rudely said " I told you what I can do Sir and its spring time" I said so you're telling me if I stayed another 2-night and continue to see roaches, you'll continue to inconvenience me by switching me from room to room and she said "Yes" I was shocked and as to speak to the manger she said "i am her" I said ok well let me speak to the person above you, she said " Im the district manger" I said ok let me speak to the person above youShe denied me Then I told her I was going to contact the news and Revdex.com, she rudely said " OK BYE" and HUNG UP!I will never do business with this chain again and will tell everyone about my extremely negative experience with this so called business
