I sent a certified letter to the head contractor on a complete HVAC system requesting a response/ refund after repeated service calls and inefficient/unreasonably expensive operating costs on a Trane system which I was assured would be extremely energy efficient and got NO response. I, too, need to contact the owner. The owners' contact info is not available and I have exhausted my financial resources just trying to stay warm.......have no heat in half of my house.......unbelievable !

I am having trouble with the employees of this company. They act very unprofessional. I have tried several times to reach the owner but the lady the at front desk first hung up on me two times on me and during my another attempt another lady connected to me another employee when I asked to talk the owner. Unfortunately, owner has no personal contact email nor phone and I can't reach the owner from main office number. I hope actual owner receive this message and contact me to resolve the matter.

Great job great service *** went over what my needs were and in less than a week his installers *** and *** came out installed the complete system in one day. They all did a great job and when they finished cleaned up and you would have never know they were there. All very professional and polite. *** went over the system with me and explained how to operate the system works great.
