Both tenants and property owners beware of this company.
This is a rip-off property management company. They will tell the tenants the owner refused the work order and at the sometime charge the owner for the repair. When the tenant leaves, they keep the down payment and the property owner pays for the repairs.
They almost destroyed my beautiful home.

The tenant received more than half of their deposit back. While they were there for 2 years, there was damaged that was tenant responsibility and needed to be repaired or replaced.
His move in report did not state that the blinds were damaged...

or broken in anyway, and it was the tenants responsibility to return the blinds in the same condition upon move out. This was not done, therefor he was charged.
