responding to your complaint you forwarded to the Revdex.com. We are sorry to hear that you got sick and was unable to stay with us. When you called to make the reservation, we collected the entire balance for a two-night stay. When reserving a cabin, we require payment in-full within 30 days of your arrival. We do not double book anything on our property and payment guarantees you will have the type of site/cabin you reserved. Our reservationist inform all guests of our policies before payment is made. We also send information via email. On our website, we have a link at the bottom - 'policy agreement' - that goes over our Deposit/Refund Policy. When we received a call from you the following day, we let you know we could cancel your reservation although we were unable to refund due to you being within 30 days of your arrival. We understand that unexpected things can happen, and decided to go outside of our policy to extend your reservation, in full, for a future stay during our off-season. We hope that you will still take advantage of the offer and come visit us in our Deluxe Resort Cabins.
