Galla Rock Patterns has a habit of taking money and not delivering product On September 12, 2015, I made a payment of $for yard of broadcloth fabric to match a kit I had ordered several months earlierThat was for $for the fabric and $for shipping and shipped the following day October 7th, and still no fabric, but I ordered a drawers pattern and extra shipping for both the fabric and pattern and paid an additional $for the overage at her request October 17th, she acknowledges she forgot the mail out the goods and says she will on Monday December 7th, 2015, I inquire about not receiving my bought and paid for product and its a surprise to her that I don't have it December 8th, 2015, she contacts me and says she wasn't sure what happened and said she will mail out immediately, asap January 4th, 2016, another inquiry into why there is a delay in the shipments and "with the holidays" it was forgotten about, as well as another customers shipmentPromises to ship the next day February 21, 2016, final inquiry with a more direct conversation stating it has been over months and why is there a delay in shipping? Promises that the purchased items from September will ship right out No further contact has been made with this company sincePlease think twice before doing business with this merchant
