Worst Business, I call with a concern and was yelled at and got the phone hung up on me. Never going again because when I needed them they were of no help.
We filed our taxes Feb 13th using Jackson Hewitt at Walmart in Greenville, Tx we where charged a excessive amount. We where told that both Federal and Az State, had been transmitted electronically. Our federal came back in 10 days direct deposit. After 8 weeks of no refund from Az State, I called them waited on hold for 30+ minutes. To find out they never received our return!
So I called Jackson Hewitt cr, I was told that they could see that it had been filed, I asked if it could be resent as Az did not receive it. She told me that I had to speak to the office where I filed it, and transferred me to a non working number, with an answering machine. So we gathered our information and headed back to Walmart. Upon arrival a different person than the one who prepared our taxes helped us, she had to call the National help line herself, and got the Texas two step from them, finally they went and got assistance from someone without cranial rectal disfunction and.... Guess what we where never told WE HAD TO MAIL it! Then they could not even give us the correct address to mail it. I had to call AZ IRS again 30+ minutes to get an address that was not on the Web site. So now we have to wait for an additional 12 weeks for a return we should already have. two further calls I found that a manger at the call center also gave me a hard time and no call back. Now no higher up supervisor will talk to me. the last call made by me, a client care case was sup to be opened and I should get a call in 48 hours and I am not holding my breath on this either. I am gonna find the corp number and take this to the top cause iI am beyond angry now.
After a case number, I was called on April 7th and told I would be cut a check refund (oldest lie in the book) on Monday and if, I did not receive said check by the 18th of April to call back. Well no check and the reply to phone call is I'll call you back (yeah right) and a instant message Thanking me for allowing them time. Well I am fresh out of patience and beyond angry, I think That y'all are blowing smoke up my nose till I go away and have no intention of making this right.
Got a phone call from aJudy in the escalation's dept, with the line that she would make this right and would find out what is going on, 2 days ago! Yup no call back and I'm sure she has no plan to call back or do anything else about it! Is there anyone in this company with even an ounce of integrity?y
Well I fell for the check but s in the mail again 4 days with it being n the same city I am, that tells me the check has not been mailed. No integrity at all ??????????
