I Started on October 2, of I was going thru accounts and noticed the complaint The patient also contacted the office in October and I pulled all back up needed and sent it to our accounts payable department There was a two week turn around on this The day she contacted you I called the A/P department and was told I would have it on Wednesday of which was relayed to the patient who said she didn't care and was reporting us anyway Her insurance company did not pay the bill until September I called her twice on Wednesday to see if she wanted to pick up the check and to verify her address She never returned any of the phone callsI feel there was everything done in a timely affect Accounts payable is not in this office.Thank You [redacted]
