I went to the Meadows and tried to sign up for their players club, only to be told that they had my license on file from a previous date and that I would not be able to sign up as a new member since I already had a membershipI has only been to the casino once in my life and I never signed up as a memberThey then told me that somebody had used my information at the casinoI went to several managers and supervisors as well as security agents and they stated that apparently they had just implemented a new system and that it was a slight possibility that they put somebody else's information on my ID cardEither way they never admitted to being the guilty party and insisted that I was at faultThey refused to help any further and told me that if I wanted to talk to someone that I would need to go to the policeI am reporting not only that they apparently allowed this mistake to take place, but how they refused to fix the issue or handle it at all
