Received an email a day after the complaint was made (3/11) from the business. She stated that she found my emails in her Spam folder and would check the status of my order over the weekend. Received an email on 3/14 that she would ship my order...

as soon as possible and throw in a free 8x10 for my trouble. Order was received on 3/21.
I am satisfied with the resolution and the quality of the products I ordered. I wish the Business was faster and more efficient with their ordering process.
