Jack's Family Restaraunt

On 12/26/14 at about 1:00PM I bought lunch for my family at Jack's in Henderson. Because we were dining inside all of the burgers were placed on one tray which I carried to the table. When my Sister took the top bun off of her burger we discovered instead of normal tomatoes there was only one piece and that being the butt end slice where the tomato stem would have attatched. there were black rotten spots surround the stem connection are and the piece was clearly rotten garbage. I carried the rotten tomato back to the counter with which they replaced it with one very thin slice of tomato wrapped in a paper towel. Against my suggestion my sister ate the burger anyway and later complained of stomach cramps. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager named [redacted] who was clearly incompetent. I later sent via the Jack's website system a complaint to the corporate office which they failed to answer. I might add that all employees that evening when we were in Jack's were white and aall of the customers wwere white and the only black person was one that was in our dining group. My Sisters had come to this area because I had not seen them at Christmas and they wanted to eat somewhere in Henderson. Jacks insulted both me and my family with this behavior. At most it was a warning for us to never bring a black person back in teir restaurant and at the least it is a business that can't tell the difference between food and garbage.Product_Or_Service: Lunch MealDesired SettlementI don't know what the appropriate solution to this would be. I am thinking that my Sister shoul get a letter of apology for being served garbage and We should at least be refunded the $6.00 I spent on her lunch.
