I want to thank Clinton Jackmon for making a very stressful time run smoothly for my family. He was a very professional and dedicated with empathy. He answered every call even though my mind was going all over the place. I would strongly recommend his services. Every member who works on his team should be commended for a job well done. The following is an excerpt of the letter which I've sent to Mr. Jackmon, after waiting for several months. Mr. Jackmon's failure to send me my refund or commuicate with me has left me no choice. Also, Mr. Jackmon list the address of his business as ***, Upper Darby, PA ***. However, when I searched for this business at this location, it does not exist.
I have called and texted Mr. Clinton *. J numerous occasions requesting that you send me the Three-Thousand Dollars, $3,000.00 you “promised” to refund me concerning the Overpayment for the funeral services I contracted with you to provide for my brother *** To date you have refused to send me this refund. You continue to ignore my phone calls and text. I last spoke with you on August 9, 2019 regarding this matter and you “promised” to send this refund (check). You called me on September 13, 2019 to say:
“The check is in the mail.” To date I have not received this check. Based on your deliberate failure to send me my refund, along with the above requested referenced matter, that this failure amounts to a total misrepresentation, deception, false advertising, illegally withholding money that legally belongs to me, along with your continued failure to communicate with me by not returning my phone calls and responding to my text. All of this is clearly unethical and rises to the level for the need to have this matter investigated by the proper authorities.

I was never provided an itemized list of the cost for my brother's funeral. When I asked for it Mr. Jackmon never provided it. I feel I've been exploited during my time of grief, after losing my brother and now recently having buried my husband. Please help me. Thank you.
