Review: FYI...This business called itself "Endless Jewels" on the [redacted] website where I purchased the product from this [redacted]. When I received the package containing the product, the label's return address said, "[redacted]'s, [redacted].

I purchased what was advertised as "1600 thread count 100% Egyptian Cotton sheet set". My heart sunk when I opened the package. The tags on the sheets & pillowcases said 100% Polyester made in China! The taupe, not-at-all "textured" (they were advertised as textured) sheets were so thin that they were sheer; I could see right through them. The product was so poorly made that loose strings hanged from each item in the set. The sheets were cheap, thin, polyester, and unraveling. I filed a complaint with [redacted], where I purchased these sheets from this 3rd party vendor. [redacted] said it will take at least 48 hours to hear back from "Endless Jewels" aka [redacted]'s - [redacted]" regarding my complaint. This is a classic bait & switch scam and fraud.Desired Settlement: I want my money back that I paid for this item- $28.99 for the sheet set, $4.49 shipping & handling. I also want the amount I will have to pay for shipping to return this product to [redacted]'s, which according to the U.S. Postal Service Price Estimator, will be $12.36 for the cheapest form of shipping - standard package mail delivery. Based on the above costs, I would like to be refunded is $45.84. I would like that amount to be credited back to my credit card that I used to pay for this product or issued as a REAL, legitimate, unexpired, valid gift card to [redacted] - the website that I used to make the purchase from this company.
