That is their typical response Not ONE residence was notified of the problem with the water Neighbors knocking on each others doors seeing if we all had "brown water" is how we knew They had the entire day to notify use of contaminated water They charged and placed the burden on the customers to flush out their pipes for the entire day, for water that was not usable They need to be responsible for their QUALITY of actions and drinkable waterCLEAN Water is critical to being healthy This is not a pair of shoes I didn't like Cripe Even Cox will credit you for when the Internet goes down How would they like to be hit with a medical bill for my child for drinking the muddy water? Would that wake them up? Maybe the media would like this story if this continues to be unresolved I'm extremely serious on this matter They need to be accountable for their representation towards the public for providing a HEALTH drinking water Bottom line, I will not let this go CC: *** ***
I will only be happy with the company's resolution when it contains my refund of approximately $for erroneous and impossible water usage charges.Sincerely,*** * ***
