Jack Williams Tire

Worn tires on a '06 Toyota Sienna suddenly caught a nail in the wall of the tire. Called and got an estimate for new tires. Associate was knowledgeable and efficient in helping me select tires. Appointments were available the next day. Took an early morning appointment. Despite issues with their nighttime showroom remodeling work, they got started on my vehicle as scheduled and had me rolling out with Mavis Traction Control treads.

This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my car to jack williams tire, twice for oil change and once for inspection. Both times I was there for oil change I had oil all over my drivers side floor mat from the mechanics shoes. At inspection last October my 2012 Mercedes C300 needed nothing. It has barely over 75,500 miles on it and I was told at my oil change a few days ago that both my rear shocks were blown! Something seems very odd to me that a car I drive 30 miles a day , mostly highway, blew both rear shocks. My car use to ride very smooth, now you can feel every bump in the back and rides horrible! I only asked for an oil change and tire rotation so what were they doing inspecting my shocks? How all of a sudden my basically brand new Mercedes’ has 2 blown shocks? I truly believe someone at jack Williams sabotaged my car ! Funny part is we took my fiancés car there a few months ago and she also had 2 blown shocks….what’s the odds both our cars have blown shocks considering we put very few miles a day on our car! I’ve owned many cars in my time and never had this issue!
