Very deceptive sales practices, lying about products and taking deposits but offering no refund when caught that the product is fraudulent.
I found an ATV for my kid and inquired about it. They sent messages saying that it is in "Great condition" and "Like new". I have copies of these messages that they sent through *** and text. I put down a $250 deposit and asked for pictures before coming. They delayed but eventually sent some pictures but showed multiple areas for rust, body cracks, worn tires and overall in poor condition. Then on top of that, another employee told me they just got through replacing the fuel pump in which no one every told me about and shouldn't need since it's a 2018. I asked to be refunded my $250 since the condition is not what they said. They will not refund my money since they say it's non-refundable. They also didn't mention this and is not in the email where they asked for authorization to charge $250. They are running a scheme here of false advertising getting peoples deposites.
Full refund of $250.

Please allow me to clarify a few details of the complaint.
We do take deposits to ensure that the vehicle you want is reserved for you and only you and can't be sold before you get here. That is why we ask for the small $250 deposit. It happens a great deal when we have multiple customers interested in the same vehicle and this ensures that it is their for you when you arrive.
This vehicle (youth ATV) was in our shop for service at the time when you arrived. All of our trade-ins go through a very complete inspection to make sure they are ready to go! This one was in the middle of that very process and thus the reason pictures were not available online yet. Once we complete this process, we pull it around for our online team to take pictures and get it ready for the showroom. Yes, the fuel system was replaced in this. It was found in our inspection that it was not providing the adequate fuel pressure needed and thus we replaced this. Any service we perform on any of our trade ins or used vehicles is available to you at the time of purchase and is never hidden. We go through a great deal of effort to make sure you have a trouble free experience and we make the repairs needed at that time.
Lastly, your deposit was refunded on 5/11/20. See attached.
