HORRIBLE DEALER
I bought a new vann, on 4-20, still no current tags, after 2 months, they also scammed me out of 359.38 in sales taxes, they charged me tax on a rebate. Tom Phelan wont return calls, he is the owner. I cant get them to fix things

Bought a new ram rabel. Had an issue with the touch screen. Brought it in. Took them 3 months an 5 visits just to order a radio. Horrible customer serve will never buy a truck from this dealership again

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We’ve been waiting for a part for 1month and still waiting for our vehicle to get repaired! WONT be buying Jeep anymore...

I had scheduled an appointment for a VS2000 interior coating. On 7/8/19 at 3:00pm, the salesmen had promised me the application of said coating would take a few hours, I receive a call saying it has to stay over night so that the coating would set. I picked up the vehicle 7/9/19 at 12:00 pm to my surprise the interior wasn't coated the exterior was only applied, I had previously specified to salesmen Michael *** to apply interior coating only. The technicians hadn't applied the interior coating at all, I called and complained they asked me to bring it back in a second time, I agreed picked it up the same day after they had supposedly reapplied the interior coating for the second time again to my surprise it wasn't applied, I came back again to show them that they never applied anything both times to the interior on 7/10/19 but charged me the $1400.00 for the application of the vs2000 which was never performed. I asked for a refund multiple times and they kept giving me reasons as to why maybe it wasn't applied.

I am rejecting this response because:they just offered me 100 dollars for a job they charged 1400.00 for I have proof that they never applied said coating to the interior.if I have to hire a lawyer I will this is absolutely ridiculous. The salesman that silenced me it said that it probs boy wasn’t applied eighth because of the type of cloth in the interior of that was the case then why did they offer it for that interior.

They charged me more than what the car was for and didn't show me the MSRP tag and put my rates up to 27.99 with a 708 credit score

Hello ***,
As we discussed last week, your credit bureau did not have a score at the time of purchase and the rate was determined by the bank you are financed with. Now that you have made your payments, six months later, your bureau does score well, showing consistent payments on your auto loan. We did offer to compensate you for continued customer satisfaction, which you declined in the amount of $1500. We would be happy to assist you in trading out of your current vehicle into another loan, but any refinancing would have to go directly through the bank.

You over charged me for the car, then made me buy insurance that I didn't need, then I came there four times because you all deleted gap insurance and David which is the finance guy was thinking I wasn't going to find out. Why would I wouldn't want to have gap insurance, You want to give me only 1,500 that's how much I gave you to put down on the truck. I gave $1,000 in cash then you suppose to give me $500 for my trade. You didn't want to give me the MSRP when I came in to talk to you, Tom said a couple weeks ago he couldn't bring up the Monroney all of the sudden. Now I am upside down on this truck and it's hard for me to get out and NO bank would refinance it for me. You stuck me with a 27.99 interest rate, with a car note of $815 which I would have been paying Chrysler for the truck, and the Representative from Chrysler finance told me You all put me in doubt and that it's going to be hard for me to get out. You all don't care about people you just worried about making money for your self. I'm very disappointed and I don't make that much money I'm on disability hell that my whole check. The MFG rebates was $4,000 the total of the truck was $30,303.06 when I get done paying for the truck it would be $61,035.75 with 75 payments. That was before I saw the actual contact. Sales man name was Jose Solorzano he told me that was the best deal. You all were wishing that I would get my car repo, after I brought my Uncle to you all it was a different story. You took the Monroney sticker from me because you didn't want me to see it. I purchased for top lined the rebates, but in return forcing me to pay over MSRP and I'm passed Bank Fee. I have paid $4,890 on the truck already. Now I'm stuck. I can't believe you asked me to come in last week and only offer my $1,500 hell you giving back to me what I put down

False advertising, misleading information on their website! They advertise thousands of dollars off of the MSRP price. You get to the dealership and they say that’s with all rebates etc.. (which I don’t qualify for). 1st off, there isn’t any rebates or incentives on New Wranglers. MSRP $48115-savings$5488-Price $42627. When I arrived to the dealership on my 3rd visit, Tino *** helped me. When I asked about finance and lease options he brings me a sheet with a sale price of $46115. Savings of $2000. When asked about online price he stated we have to compete with the other dealerships in the market so we list these low prices. I explained to him that there isn’t any rebates on *** so why would they say savings of $5488. FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Also their lease payments are advertised with 0 down plus tax title Etc.. when asked about lease they said I would need 3500 down plus tax title etc.. The 1st time I dealt with Jose, who was nice but didn’t know much about the different trims. Or it just seemed that way because he didn’t want to waste his time since the first question asked is when would I be purchasing. Almost every question I asked he kept directing me to Jeep.com for answers. So I went home and did more research. My 2nd time, I went in to see Jose but he was gone so Israel helped me. After telling him the Jeep I wanted, he came back with a paper showing the MSRP, the $5488 in saving and d the sale price which was listed on line $42627. But the down payment section read $8500 down! So I started leaving. When I reached the front doors he ran up behind me and stopped me. He grabbed the paper out of my hands and said that he will talk to a different manager in the morning and will see what he can do and then will text me over better numbers. Which never happened. Never called, texted, nor emailed. That is when I went back on there website, to try and see where they came up with $8500 down to get to the advertised lease price. I wasn’t able to come up with that. I read every Wranglers advertised lease monthly payments with every disclaimer. They all stated 0 down plus tax title etc.. so I entertained that annoying pop up to chat. Andrea was nice but again clueless of anything. When I questioned the lease payments they are advertising with 0 down, she ended the session. Clicked on the chat pop up again, and I had to explain everything once again to her. She started being rude and directed me to call the sales Dept. So I called, the sales department and asked to speak to a manager. Alicia said that she can help me. I asked for the manager again and she said she can transfer me but the manager would send me back to her to have me answer these questions. So I answered all 10 questions and she said she will have a manger call me within the hour. No one called me. The next morning, again no one called, emailed, or texted.. so this is when I drove there for my 3rd time. I saved all advertising prices, lease payments and disclaimers. Also have copies of the chat. These are bait and switch tactics they are using. Not professional, deceptive practices. I will be posting this on all sites and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and attorney general. Waste of Time..

On or around October 1st, 2018 I took my car to Jack Phelan dealership in Countryside, IL, where I regularly service my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. It was for a 50,000 mile recommended service. It was performed, I got my car back and the check engine light came on a few days later. The message says "service electronic throttle control". I took it to the dealership again, Mike, the service advisor, said it was a minor thing after they performed a 50K mile service when they messed up some wires around the throttle. I had to rent a car ($240 cost) and leave it there for a couple of days. It was fixed again, but 2 weeks later, on October 22 I emailed Rick again since the check engine light came back on, same message "service electronic throttle control". I told them I can't afford to spend any more time at the dealership and that I need it fixed once and for all. I dropped it off again and another service advisor told me I would need to pay $500 out of pocket to have it fixed. I emailed Rick again confirming it was their mechanic fault the throttle is not working (although the car is under warranty), and they agreed to fix it if I paid taxes (under $30 my cost). I had no choice but to do it. Few days later, everything was fixed, I took the car home and thanked Mike. On December 4th 2018, the check engine light came back on, same message "service electronic throttle control" and I took the car to the same dealership again. I spend on average 3-4 hours each visit, taking time off of work, and the worse part is nothing gets fixed.

The Customer brought the vehicle in to the dealership on three separate occasions to have the engine light looked at. There are 74 different codes that can cause this condition. The dealership performed Goodwill repairs on each occasion ensuring that there is no out of pocket expense to the customer. Unfortunately, although Chrysler agreed to pay for the repairs they do not cover transportation.

At this time the Dealer has saved the customer approximately $1000 to date on repairs.
