The cat problem persisted until we moved out at the end of July 2015. The problem was never followed up on and proper maintenance was never taken care of. Cats continued to live and breed in the basement resulting in a horrible smell and constant sounds from the cats. This problem persisted and was never followed up on by Jack Kohl Realty.
