I requested the services to repair 3 dents in my car. They did a great job fixing the dents but when they did the paint job I was told that I needed to find someone to do a buff to get the paint close to the original. The next day I noticed that my hood, glass, and trunk has paint residue. When I reached to *** he said that a buff would just clear it up. When I contracted another business to do my buff and did an estimate they showed me how much oversprayed was done by Jace auto body shop. The cost is way more than the repair and paint they provided. When reached to ***, he said there is nothing he can do due to a recent medical condition. When asked if another associate of the business would do it, he said no.
